Introducing a new and exciting creative workshop for 2024. Still inspired by nature but creating beautiful relief plaster casts pressing flowers and foliage into clay and then pouring plaster into the mould to make an amazing relief impression that can be mounted in a frame or simply hung on the wall.

The workshop runs from 10am - 3pm

All materials and equipment are provided although you are welcome to bring any flowers, foliage or herbs of your own if you like. I would suggest bringing an apron and wear clothes that if they get splashed by plaster you are not too precious about.

All refreshments and homemade cake will be on tap but please bring your own lunch.

You will learn to prepare and roll the clay. Select flowers and foliage to create your designs. Making the moulds for your unique casts and mixing and pouring plaster into your moulds. The workshop doesn't stop there, you'll also learn how to finish off your casts once fully dry at home and I will show you a few different techniques that you could then use to paint and finish your casts/tiles . Due to the nature of this workshop the finished result will be ever changing with the seasons.
